While using a new system can be challenging at first, Spoonfed offers different types of support to get you comfortable managing your catering orders in no time.

Chat Support

If you still have questions, a Customer Success Partner is available during working hours to assist you. In the Spoonfed Back Office, click the gold chat button at the bottom right corner to speak with a Success Partner.  

An Intercom chat box appears with tools to help you find the answers you need.

  1. Click 'New Conversation' to start a conversation with a Success Partner.

  2. While you wait, you can search for articles related to your question.

  3. Click 'Spoonfed Knowledge Base', to let the system match you to articles that might be related to your question.
