If you Pre-Authorized a Card but did not take final payment before the authorization expired, you need to Void the Authorization and re-authorize the card before you can take Final Payment and Charge the Card.
This is because Pre-Authorization holds the full amount of money due for an order,
Authorization Expired
View when the Pre-Auth expires by hovering over the black question mark near the date. If you find that the Authorization has expired, you won't be able to take final payment for the order until you release the expired authorization.
Click the orange button that says "Release/Void".
Select Yes.
This will release the expired Authorization Hold, allowing you to now take final payment and charge the credit card.
