See if your Site takes card payments using Validate, Pre-Auth, or Authorize and Capture.

When you go to an Order, find the Payments Tab. You will see the option to either Validate Card or Pre-Authorize Card.

Check in Setup - Online Ordering - Payments

Check what payment method you use in Setup - Online Ordering - Payments. See if your account set up to charge a credit card using <a href="http://supportdocs.getspoonfed.com/en/articles/6821112-validate-a-credit-card">Validate Card</a>, <a href="http://supportdocs.getspoonfed.com/en/articles/6821110-pre-authorize-a-credit-card">Pre-Authorization</a> (Pre-Auth Full Amount),  or Authorize and Capture.
