When you need to edit the Tax Rate in Menus, the method is simple. Keep in mind that once you change the Tax Rate, all future Orders will be updated if this Menu is added. However, for past Orders with this Menu, you need to manually change the Tax Rate of the Menu within the Order.
If you can't find the Tax Rate while trying to change it, you might need to Add a New Tax Rate.

Change Tax Rate in Menu
First, search for the Menu to Edit.
Click the three dots on the right to Edit the Menu.
Follow the instructions below to change the Tax Rate based on a Fixed Price or A La Carte Menu.
Fixed Price Menu
In Details, find 'Tax Code' on the left-hand column.
Click the Tax Code drop down box to view all Tax Rate Options.
Choose the Tax Rate to change it to.
Click Save.
A La Carte Menu
For A La Carte Tax Code changes, you must edit each individual Item within the Menu.
Click the Items tab.
Click to expand the Section with each A La Carte Menu Item.
Click the first Item to change the Tax Code for.
On the left column in the Details tab, find the Tax Code box.
Click the Drop Down Box.
Choose the new Tax Rate.
Click Save Section.
