Sometimes you need to remove or adjust Taxes in a Confirmed Order. All of this is done in the Item Selection Tab.

Go to the Order you need to adjust.

Click the Item Selection Tab.

Find a Menu.

Click the orange pencil button near that Menu Item.

For a Fixed Price Menu, the Tax box will be at the top of the pop up. Change the Tax Rate here.

For an A La Carte Menu, the Tax box will show up next to each individual Menu Item.

Once adjusted, click Add to Order.

To change taxes in a charge, click the orange pencil button near a Charge to edit it.

Find the box labeled Tax. Change the Tax as needed here.

Click Save Charge.

To adjust the Delivery Tax Rate, find the box called Delivery Tax under Charges here:

All Tax Rates totaled will show up in the price breakdown here:

When done, select Save. Then Confirm Changes.
