You can easily add a one off discount to an Order in the Back Office

With Spoonfed, you can add a discount to an Order before or after it is confirmed. Adding one in an individual Order in the Back Office is easy.

Types of Discounts

There are two types of Discounts, or Vouchers, in Spoonfed.

a. Discount Voucher: a discount by percentage.

b. Payment Voucher: a discount by a set dollar number.

Add a Discount to an Order

  1. Go to the Order Module.

  2. Click View/Edit

  3. Go to the Order Details Page of an Order.

  4. Find Order Discount.

  5. Click the Orange Plus Button to add and choose a Discount.

  6. Select the discount you want to add. Click Add Voucher.

  7. The added Discount amount and name are displayed in Order Discount.

  8. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

  9. Click Save. After Saved, you can delete the Discount if needed.

  10. Click Confirm Changes.

Your Discount is added!

The Discount is reflected in total cost breakdown in the Item Selection Page and other related Reports.
