The Order Lead Times report generates four pie charts comparing Order Lead Times between two separate Date Ranges.

Why Is It Useful?

If you have multiple Lead Times across various Menus, the Report can be useful to track which Lead Times generate the most Sales and when you will need to buy inventory. A Sales team may be interested in knowing when Customers are most likely to order catering, thus helping to make sure inventory is stocked appropriately.

Make the Report

To generate the Report, go to the Reports Module. Select Order Lead Times.

  1. A User can view data for Sites that they have User access to. If you want to see a specific Site or Location, select which one, or else select 'All'.

  2. Select the first Date Range by which to view the Order Processing data. Then, choose the second Date Range by which to compare the data to. If you don't want to compare data, the second Date Range can be a few days, then ignored after the Report is made.

  3. Click Generate Report.

Four pie charts will generate below. They are organized first by the Order Number, then by the Dollar Value of Orders made within each date range. Date Range 1 will appear over Date Range 2 in each section.

The charts are divided by the following Lead Times:

  • On The Day

  • Day Before

  • 2-5 Days Before

  • More Than 5 Days Before

That is how to generate an Order Lead Times Report!
