Managing 3rd Party Deliveries with Spoonfed

Learn how to set up your Deliveries for third party systems that are not integrated with Spoonfed

While Spoonfed offers an integration with Doordash, you may use a different third party delivery system that does not directly integrate with our system.

For Delivery Partners that are not integrated with Spoonfed, you'll have to add the name of the delivery company as a Driver on Spoonfed.

Add 3rd Party as a Delivery Driver

  1. Start in the Delivery Module.

  2. Scroll down to Driver Schedule.

  3. Near the 'Select Driver' box, click the orange plus button.

  4. Type the name of the third party delivery company.

  5. Click Add.

Assign Orders to Delivery Drivers

  1. In the Delivery Module, scroll up to View by by a Delivery Date.

  2. In 'Unassigned Orders' select the Third Party Delivery Company as the assigned Driver.

  3. Once all the Orders are assigned to the Delivery Company, click 'Assign Drivers.'

  4. The Orders now show up under the 'Driver Schedule.'
