Go to Setup &gt; Features &gt; <a href="https://app.getspoonfed.com/setup/features/greeting.aspx" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Greeting</a>.

Choose if you want the email to address the Customer or the Contact that placed an Order. If you're not sure which to choose, addressing by the Contact is likely the best option, as it refers specifically who placed an Order. 

1. Go to Setup &gt; Features &gt; <a href="https://app.getspoonfed.com/setup/features/greeting.aspx" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Greeting</a>.
   
    
2. Choose if you want the email to address the Customer or the Contact that placed an Order. If you're not sure which to choose, addressing by the Contact is likely the best option, as it refers specifically who placed an Order. 
   
    
3. Click Save.
