Choose how you want your Confirmation Emails to address Customers

When Customers receive automatic emails from the Spoonfed system, they are typically addressed "Dear Jane [first name]" of the Contact on-file. Alternatively, they can be addressed to the Customer on-file.

  1. Navigate to Setup > Features > Greeting

  2. Choose if you want the email to address the Customer or the Contact that placed an Order. If you're not sure which to choose, addressing by the Contact is likely the best option, as it refers specifically who placed an Order.

  3. Click Save. All future emails sent will be formatted as selected.
