For when you've made a mistake or need to make a amendment to the Order

After an Invoice is created in the system, only certain pieces of information can be amended afterwards without Voiding the Invoice. An Order that has been Invoiced can't be edited unless that Invoice is first Voided.

Invoice Information That Can Be Edited Without Voiding the Invoice:

  • Customer Invoice Name

  • Invoice Address, Town and ZIP Code / Postcode

  • PO Number

  • Invoices Notes

  • Terms

Change these details by clicking the pencil button to View and Edit the Invoice.
