If a Charge applies to a specific Customer, you can apply the Charge to that Customer in their profile in the Customer Module.
Go to the Customer Module.
Search the Customer.
Click View/Edit.
In the Details Tab, scroll to the bottom.
You'll see a list of all Service Charges that you can add to a Customer. If selected, the Charge will automatically apply to the Customer or any of their Contacts that place an Order. Keep in mind that these Charges won't be added to any past Orders placed by the Customer.
When finished, click Save Customer.
Service Charges will also show up in the invoice of this Customer as it's own line Item.
