Search for existing Customers and Contacts in the search box that appears at the top of the page in the Customer Module.
Search for a Customer's name in the Name field.
You might need to search by the Contact Name, which is a user within the Customer profile. Search a Contact Name in the Contact Name Field.
Search for an email in the Contact Name Field.
Contacts can be searched by email address only in the Contact Name Box. If the email is on file under a Customer or Contact, it will show up, displaying the Customer name it's saved under.
Can't Find Customer Name
Spoonfed doesn't automatically delete Customers. If you can't find a Customer or a Contact who has ordered through Spoonfed before, possible reasons are:
The Name of the Customer (or the Contact) has been changed.
The Customer (or the Contact) was deleted by Users in the Back Office system.
If a Customer was mistakenly deleted from the system, you might include past information in the Notes under the Customer Details Tab. These might include the account history, past Orders, Invoices, etc.
