After an Order has been confirmed - whether it be by a Contact who has placed the Order Online or by one of staff on the Back Office - you have the ability to edit that Order.
All you need to do to edit an Order is the following:
- Click on the 'Order' module from the main menu
- Search for the Order you wish to edit, and click 'View/Edit'
- Make the required changes to the Order.
- Click 'Save' and then 'Confirm Changes'
If you wish to change the Items which have been chosen within an existing Menu, use the pencil icon on the Item Selections tab
If you wish to change the Menu completely which has been chosen, use the red X to remove the Menu and click 'Add Menu' to begin making new choices.
