Create a Login on Spoonfed

The first time you access Spoonfed, you need to Register and create a login profile before you place an Order. Registering is easy to complete. To read more about self-registering, Click Here or watch the video below.

If your details were already pre-loaded into the system by your catering team, you only need to click on the 'create a password' hyperlink on the Login page. Once you create a new password, you can begin ordering online.

Note that in some locations, the 'Self-Registration' option is not available and you must contact your catering manager for system access.

Manage Your Online Account

Once you've created an account, learn to manage different sections within your profile. The Profile includes Previous Orders, Draft Orders, Group Orders (if available), Contact Details/Password, and a Payment Method Wallet. Take some time to familiarize yourself with the profile to easily manage your Orders and Payments!

Group Ordering on Spoonfed

One of Spoonfed's most popular features is Group Ordering. Group Ordering allows a customer to create an Order for a meeting then send out invitations to other attendees either by email or a URL.

Attendees can choose individual orders of what they want. The originator of the Order is able to set the maximum spend per guest along with a Cut Off time for when all guests must submit their choices.

Note that Group Ordering is an extra monthly fee and must be turned on before you can use the feature. If interested in Group Ordering, talk to your Catering Manager and a Spoonfed Customer Support Partner for more information.
