In a Fixed Price Menu, clearly the price remains the same regardless of whether your Customer chooses to have a ham or chicken sandwich with their salad of the day, cookie and beverage.

But what if certain sandwiches are more expensive to produce and thus should cost a little more to buy?

Supplement allows you to set an additional charge if one of the Items in a Section costs a little more.

So if you can charge an extra $0.50 for your BLT sandwich, you can add a $0.50 supplement for that Item within the Sections which holds all of your sandwiches.

As is demonstrated by the example below, there is a Supplement charge for each person who would like a Filled Bagel or Filled Croissant.
