Within each Customer profile there are two different notes which you can enter. These notes are beneficial for helping you get things right for the Customer.

Notes
These act as a pop up reminder for your staff when they are adding an Order on the Back Office (i.e. when the Customer phoned or emailed to place Order).

Example: 'Always include vegetarian options for this Customer'

Invoice Notes
These act as a reminder for the person who manages the Invoicing within your business and deals with the Invoices on Spoonfed.

Example: 'Always send a copy of the Invoice to hq@abclawyers.com'
