Purchase Order Wallet for Customers

Sometimes called a PO Number, Cost Center, or another localized name, here is how Customers can manage these codes from their own profile

First, make sure that the Contact PO Wallet is enabled. If not enabled, reach out to a Spoonfed Customer Support Member to give you this feature.

Purchase Order Wallet Profile

Login to the Spoonfed Customer Profile found on the same page used to place a catering order. Learn to Login or Register Here. After logging in you'll go to your Profile. If already logged in, find "My Account" at the top right of the page. Click 'Wallet'.

  1. Click 'Add Wallet' to enter a new PO Number.

  2. Add a name to remember the number by and enter the PO Number.

  3. Click "Add."

  4. The new number shows up in the Wallet and is selectable at checkout in the Back Office or Online.

You can't edit a number once it's added. To delete a number, click the Trash Icon on the right.

Checkout

At checkout, choose from any existing PO Numbers already have saved in the profile. Click the drop down box to choose from all the pre-saved numbers. Click 'Add' below to add a new PO Number.

From there, you can place your ORder and continue the checkout process.
