Edit an Order
As long as your within the time range to edit an Order, Orders can be edited and canceled within your Profile. The Caterer might have different settings enabled for editing certain Orders, so if you don't see an Order you want to change, reach out to them for guidance.
First, Login to your Profile.
Click 'Single Orders.'
Click the three dots near the right of the Order to Edit.
Click Edit.
You'll be taken to the Order Page where you can add or delete Menus as needed.
Click 'Update Your Order' when done. You'll go to the checkout page where you can then Confirm the Order Changes.
You'll receive an email indicating that the Order was changed.
Cancel an Order
Keep in mind that once an Order is cancelled, you can't uncancel it. So only do this if you're sure you want to cancel the Order! A Caterer might charge you a cancellation fee depending on their Terms and Conditions. If you're not sure whether or not you will be charged a fee, you can always reach out to your caterer first.
First, Login to your Profile.
Click 'Single Orders.'
Click the three dots near the right of the Order to Cancel.
Click Cancel. Click Yes to confirm the Cancellation.
The Order now reads as Cancelled. You and your caterer will get an email confirming that the Order is cancelled.
