Upon opening the Online Ordering Site, you may see the option to choose Delivery or Pick-up. If your caterer only offers one option, the choice will be automatically selected.

Enter the Date and Time that you want to place the ORder for. Only available dates and times are visible. If you don't see the option to choose a specific date or time, your caterer may have closed that day.

If the caterer operates from a Single Site, that site name will be shown within the Delivery box in bold, as opposed to giving you to option to specify a location.

Once ready to place your Order, click Continue.

The next step of creating an Online Order is to choose the Menus!

After you click 'Continue,' you'll see all the Menu Categories that are available to order from. Menus to Order are within these different Categories. Click a category to see the Menus within it.

You can only see Menus or Categories that are available for the date and time range you chose. If you're looking for a specific Menu but don't see it, it might not be available for this time. Contact your caterer for more questions.

Category Names are displayed at the top of the page at all times to help with easy navigation between Categories.

View Menus and Menu Details within a Category by clicking the down arrow on the left hand side of a Menu. The Menu can show you all the Items included in it and might even offer a choice between Food Items. A Menu might also display Allergens or Dietary Labels to help guide those with specific Dietary Requirements.

Add the Quantity of Menus or Items that you want to Order. Then click 'Add to Order.'

When added to an Order, the Basket Icon at the top right shows all the Menus you've already added to the Order, along with a breakdown of the price. Click Checkout.

The Checkout Page is where you enter all the information needed to complete your Order. This might include Special Requests, Building and Room Names/Numbers, and the Payment Method. Some Fields may be optional to add to, while others, such as the Payment Method, are required.

You'll either be required to enter a Purchase Order Number or a Card Number to pay for the Order. Don't worry, you likely won't be charged right away. The caterer will store the Payment Method to charge once your Order has been fulfilled, or on the date they've specified. Spoonfed is a secure way to store cards to use on future Orders.

Once all the details are finalized, click Confirm. An Order Confirmation page shows up confirming that the Order was placed. An email is sent to the email on file with the Customer.
