Item Notes

Notes must be enabled by your caterer. If you don't see the option to add notes, your caterer may not provide this function.

Item Notes allow you to specify how you want an Item prepared. This may include requesting that an ingredient is omitted or cooked extra crispy. Once an Item is added from a Menu, the Note Icon will appeas near the Price. Click the Note Icon to trigger the note dropdown field.

Click Add to Order when done.

In the Basket, your Note will show up like this:

The caterer sees the Notes when making the Order so they're sure to make it just how you want it!

Special Requests

Notes must be enabled by your caterer. If you don't see the option to add notes, you may not have the ability to edit Items with your caterer.

Special Requests are like notes, but they apply to the Order as a whole, rather than one individual Item. Special Requests might indicate a food allergy or how you want the Order packaged. Enter Special Requests at Checkout, before confirming the Order.

Delivery Notes

If an Order is for Delivery, you can add specific instructions on how the Caterer should deliver your Order. Find the Delivery Instructions Field at Checkout before confirming the Order.

That's how to add different types of notes to your catering Order!
