Single Sign-On, or SSO, is a feature that Spoonfed offers which allows Customers to keep one set of login credentials to access multiple websites or applications. It's beneficial for accounts that already have their own Login process for Customers set up on a company website.

SSO eliminates the need for Customers to register a new account with Spoonfed, instead allowing them to use our system by signing in with pre-established login credentials. With SSO, Customers can access Spoonfed's Ordering System through the company's website.

Keep in mind that SSO is not a self-set up process. If your account uses it, it will have already been established during the onboarding process. To enable SSO, the developing teams for Spoonfed and your business' site must work together the two.

For more information about how SSO works, talk with a Spoonfed Customer Success Partner or your assigned Account Manager.
