Each Customer Profile has two spaces to add Notes. These Notes can help track important information about a customer.
Notes
Act as a pop-up reminder for staff when they add an Order in the Back Office.
Example: 'Always include vegetarian options'.
The Customer themselves can't see these notes, so it's only useful to staff in the Back Office.
Invoice Notes
Can include important information about Invoicing and Payment Details. For example, you might include the invoice address or details about how a Customer prefers to be Invoiced.
Example: 'Always send a copy of the Invoice to hq@abclawyers.com'
Adding Notes will help you track important Customer Details and keep every Customer happy with personalized service!
